Stationery Labels

Stationery Labels were originally developed to provide a durable way to personalise school stationery, including pens and pencils. Over time, their combination of strong adhesion and durability made them useful for a much wider range of school and everyday belongings. They can be applied to suitable smooth surfaces on rulers, highlighters, pencil cases, lunch boxes, water bottles, sports equipment and other frequently handled belongings. Their versatile format provides clear personalised identification across a wide range of applications. Stationery Labels use a highly durable label construction, strong adhesive and specialised printing system. They provide excellent resistance to water, temperature and chemicals, making them particularly suitable for belongings that are regularly handled, washed or exposed to moisture. When correctly applied to a suitable item and surface, they can also withstand regular dishwasher use. Each label can be personalised with a name and the available design options, providing clear identification while allowing belongings to be personalised. When items are misplaced or mixed up, personalised labels make it easier to identify the owner and return them. For pencils, our narrower Wrap-Around Pencil Labels were specifically developed to take up less space along the pencil, allowing more of the pencil to be sharpened during its useful life. For smaller belongings where a Stationery Label may be too large, Mini Labels provide the same durable labelling performance in a more compact format.

Simply peel and stick onto a clean, dry, grease-free surface and you’re done. The strong adhesive means no re-labelling and no constant checking to see if names have worn off. Apply to a clean, smooth and dry surface. Position the label carefully and press firmly over the entire label, paying particular attention to the edges. Avoid textured or uneven surfaces and do not apply directly to fabric. After application allow 12 to 24 hours before exposure to moisture or washing.
